All students (TK-6th grade) can be enrolled in our school office. Stop by or give us a call with any questions you may have. 
 

​Required Documents:

• Photo ID of the person enrolling the student (Must be parent or guardian)
• Proof of address: current mortgage, rent/lease agreement, tax, utility bill (SMUD, PG&E, water) dated within the last 30 days.
• Proof of birth (original county issued birth certificate or passport)
• Immunization record
• Individual Education Plan (if student has one)
• Guardian/Custody Plan (if student has one)
