A volunteer packet must be completed every year.

The volunteer process can be lengthy. So beat the rush from other schools and get started today!

As noted in the Volunteer Information Packet (attached to the right), only those new to volunteering (or who have had a break in volunteering in the past school year) need to be fingerprinted. Returning volunteers simply need to complete the SCUSD Volunteer Registration Form (first page of the attached Tahoe Volunteer Application, to the right) and complete (and show proof of completion) of the Mandated Reporter Training.

If you are a new volunteer and need help with the one-time $47 fingerprinting fee, please contact Azizi in the front office

Other Information:

• Fingerprinting is available at the Serna Center (5735 47th avenue).
• Provide a TB clearance to the school site.  TB clearances must be updated every 4 years. (Completed through your health care provider).
• Every volunteer MUST complete the Mandated Reporter Training each year.
